The MSH-Alpes Unit is organized around a support pole and mutualized services which help 4 major priority research axes : "Collective risks, Vulnerability ans Resilienc", "Alpes, Culture, Society and territories", " Images corpus, Images sources", "Inegality, norms and Behaviour" and a prospective pole which support new projets agreed by the Pilote Comitee.

Main purposes of the MSH Unit :

• Help the Researches in SHS and the pluridisciplinary collaboration in SHS researches
• Help the birth of new thematics
• Encourage the  establishments partnerships in  the respect of each establishment  policy
• Participate at the research results diffusion
• Contribute at the international collaborations development
• Develop the technical tools for efficient collaboration research
• To help PHD students Research
